I was born and raised on Vancouver Island, and feel privileged to call this amazing island home.
I grew up and attended school just north of Qualicum Beach, then continued my post-secondary education at Vancouver Island University in the BBA Program. Nanaimo became my home, further expanding my knowledge of central Vancouver Island, and all it offers. I have worked hard, and have been successful in entering home ownership at a young age. I understand first hand the gamut of emotion, and the importance of having a realtor who will customize your home search to meet your expectations.
My knowledge and experience in the real estate world is diverse. My previous career over the past 6 years was in the area of real estate technology. I consulted and worked on the behalf of many of the top real estate teams, brokerages, and agents across Canada and the United States. My experiences enhanced my personal skill set, including negotiating skills, time management and effective communication. So much was learned networking with the top producers in various real estate markets.
However, much of my work was not face to face, and I wanted a change. Becoming a realtor seemed like a fit! Being able to assist others with the very important, and sometimes stressful task of finding a home is something I know I am able to excel in. I will provide you with an enjoyable and exciting adventure of finding a home, and then walk you through the process of buying, all the while ensuring all is in your best interest.
