Historic Homes of Harewood

Tucked in the University District of South Nanaimo is the community of Harewood. Homes for sale here are in large part 1920s style bungalows. Over the years, an increase in attendance at Vancouver Island University has bolstered new construction, and Harewood is now home to new developments like single family houses, condos, and town homes. Heritage properties can also be found on the housing market.

Plenty of real estate investors and REALTORS® concur that this community is the up and coming desirable neighbourhood of Nanaimo! Look for homes here if you want water views, convenience, and affordability.
